Facts from the history

Neoforce Ltd. was founded in 1992 in Minsk, Belarus. Since that time the company has grown into a group of companies with it’s activity in Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus and Lithuania. 6 subsidiaries in Russia, 1 in Belarus and several partner companies from Western Europe form Neoforce Group of Companies with it’s head office in Minsk. All companies are private. There is only one shareholder.

The only profile of Neoforce was building and equipping of poultry, pig and cattle farms. The first steps in that sphere were done with the help of our western partners such as “Roxell” (Belgium), Skov, Skiold, Fog Agroteknik A/S (Denmark), Pas Reform, Termobile (Holland), and some others. At the moment Neoforce is a fully competent company with project design, technological, engineering and other departments with two official state licenses which are a “License for official project design documentation” and for “General contracting”. There are about 60 people employed in the head office in Minsk.

We have got a production range to produce plastic slats for piglets in Belarus and concrete slats in Russian federation (Kaluga province). One of the strongest points in the activity of Neoforce group is logistics. We consolidate shipments at the warehouse in Lithuania and customs clear it in Smolensk (for Russian Federation) or Minsk (for Belarus).

The main volume of technological equipment for automatic feeding, ventilation, heating, climate control, manure handling, etc. is supplied from Western European manufacturers. We have established long lasting partnerships with the majority of them and equip successfully farms in Belarus and Russia. We have got a team of installation and services engineers for that. We have created spare parts warehouses in various provinces of Russia. These are Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Smolensk, Kaliningrad, Ekaterinburg.

During the years of our activity we have renovated and built hundreds of farms all over Russia and Belarus. Among the biggest are 2 farms of Miratorg company in Belgorod area 5000 sows each, Gubkin Agroholding (5000 sows), Kalacheevski meatfactory in Voronezh (5000 sows), Pravdinsk pig production in Kaliningrad (2500 sows) and many many others. Same concerns poultry farming. We have equipped such broiler farms as Agrokombinat Dzerzhinski, Druzhba broiler farm, Vitebskaya (Belarus), BZRK, Kochetkov, Kubanski broiler, Chiken Kingdom, Udmurtskaya (Russia) and some others.
 
We are growing from year to year and are open for new partnerships.
